Service Description
Tier 1 — Content Management (£500 per month) Execution-only support for property professionals who already know what they want to say but need consistency and reliability. Includes one platform, two posts per week, client-supplied content, light copy refinement for clarity and tone, and scheduling and publishing. No strategy, advisory, engagement, or website updates are included. Tier 2 — Visibility & Authority Management (£997 per month) Strategic visibility without hand-holding. This is the core GhostPost Pro service for property professionals. Includes one platform, two posts per week, an initial strategic alignment session at the outset, authority-led content themes, copywriting from supplied information, Canva-based creative creation where required, scheduling and publishing, and a structured monthly review. A 30-minute monthly review call is included to discuss performance, progress, and any changes within the scope of the original agreement. This call will be conducted with a GhostPost Pro team member. Access to Claire is not included at this level and will occur only if the assigned team member is unavailable. This tier does not include ongoing strategic advisory, mentoring, or business decision support. Clients requiring direct advisory access are best suited to the Annual Strategic Advisory Tier 3 — Enhanced Delivery Partner (£1,997 per month) This tier is designed for property professionals requiring increased delivery volume and broader platform coverage, rather than ongoing strategic advisory. Includes up to two platforms, three posts per week per platform, expanded content production, copywriting and creative production, scheduling and publishing, and ongoing website content updates for property listings. A 30-minute monthly review call is included, aligned to Tier 2, to review performance and agreed adjustments. This call is delivered by a GhostPost Pro team member. Pricing at this level reflects the increased volume of content, platform management, and delivery workload. It does not include ongoing strategic advisory or mentoring, which sits exclusively within the Annual Strategic Advisory Programme. Add-Ons Additional social media platforms can be added at £400 per platform per month. Additional posts and website updates are scoped individually and discussed based on requirements and workload.
Cancellation Policy
1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ghost Post Pro Ltd, including training programmes, advisory services, and tiered social media services unless agreed otherwise in writing. 2. Ongoing or tiered services require a minimum term of three (3) months. This term does not pause due to client delays, non-engagement, or failure to provide required materials. 3. Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information, content, access, and approvals required for delivery. Ghost Post Pro Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the client. Failure to provide required materials does not entitle the client to refunds, credits, or extensions. 4. A reasonable client response timeframe is seven (7) to fourteen (14) calendar days. Continued delays or failure to engage may be treated as non-engagement. 5. All fees are strictly non-refundable. Services are time and capacity-based. Missed sessions, delayed onboarding, or non-participation do not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or rescheduling. 6. Training places are non-refundable. Transfers or date changes are at the sole discretion of Ghost Post Pro Ltd. Services are delivered on a time and expertise basis. Results are not guaranteed and depend on client implementation, platform behaviour, and market conditions. 7. Ghost Post Pro Ltd may suspend or terminate services without refund where a client fails to engage, misses sessions, or breaches agreed obligations. 8. All fees must be paid as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination. Outstanding balances remain payable regardless of usage. 9. Ghost Post Pro Ltd is not liable for platform changes, algorithm updates, or client implementation failures. Liability is limited to the total fees paid. 10. Following the minimum term, clients must provide one (1) calendar month’s written notice to terminate services. Fees remain payable during the notice period. Failure to provide notice will result in one (1) month’s fee being charged in lieu. Termination during the minimum term does not remove liability for the full agreed term.
